This week, I am reviewing this product:
Here is what it looks like straight out of the container and applied to my hand below the blob:
Here is my face, with sunblock on one side and nothing on the other. Note that the sunblocked side is both lighter and shinier than the bare side. This stuff does leave a white cast on the face, which subsides mostly after about fifteen minutes (or can be covered with makeup). On the body and neck, it feels a bit tacky, and the zinc oxide can settle into lines and creases, like where your arm bends. I have not burned with this on, and it's been sunny and hot here. Don't swim in this and then not reapply - it's not designed for that. I think that this is an ok product. I bought it instead of the face cream because, at the store, this one seemed to have a better texture. I wish I'd have bought the face cream instead. I'm not going to repurchase the body cream, but it will get used.

Thoughts? Input? Anything you'd like me/my readers to know?
That's too bad you are wishing you would have purchased the other one :( it's only 4 oz so hopefully it will get used up quick! Looking thru the ingredients,, it does look like it has a lot of good stuff in it!
ReplyDeleteI know, right? Oh well. :) It does work pretty well under a powder foundation, so I can't complain too much.
